In this late night edition, I want to encourage you to wind down wisely, as if sleep has 6 stages! I call it the foreplay stage. When you begin to wind down but aren’t drifting into sleep yet, start to fill your mind with thoughts of your ideal future, ways to improve tomorrow by taking action, or cuddle up with your partner and strengthen your connection. Whatever you do, just don’t go to sleep carrying the burden of the day that passed. It’ll only follow you into the next day. Instead, get a head start on tomorrow, tonight, and visualize your success, you deserve it!
